These terms apply when you send us an event tip through the "Submit an event" form. They're part of our Terms of Use.
- We review every tip. Submitting a tip doesn't mean we'll publish it. We may edit, shorten, correct, reformat, decline, or remove any tip, at any time, for any reason, and we don't have to tell you why. We don't pay for tips, and submitting one doesn't create any partnership or sponsorship.
- What you confirm. When you submit, you confirm that:
- the details are accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you wrote the description yourself or are only giving basic facts (name, date, place, link), and you aren't copying someone else's text, photos, or logos;
- you're not submitting anything false, misleading, unlawful, or spam, and you're not pretending to be the organizer if you aren't; and
- you're not including anyone else's personal information (like a private phone number or home address).
- Permission to use your tip. You give AJW Ventures LLC a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, permanent permission to use, edit, publish, and display the tip (and anything we create from it) on OHVTrips and in our emails and social posts that promote the Site. You keep any rights you already have.
- Event details are the organizer's responsibility. We list events as a courtesy. OHVTrips doesn't organize, run, sponsor, or endorse events listed on the Site unless we clearly say so. Dates, places, fees, rules, and cancellations can change; always confirm with the organizer before you go. Riding and attending events is at your own risk (see our Terms of Use).
- If something's wrong. If you're an organizer and a listing about your event is wrong, or you want it removed, use "Suggest a correction" or email us at hello@ohvtrips.com.
- Your email. If you give us your email, we use it only to follow up about your tip. We won't add you to our email list unless you sign up separately. See our Privacy Policy.
